Frequently Asked Questions

We are ready to book, now what do we do?

Woo! I am SO excited!! In order to lock in your wedding date, I require your contract to be signed and returned as well as a 35% nonrefundable retainer of the total collection price. The remaining balance can be paid in payments or in full, but the remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding date. One less thing you will need to worry about on your wedding day!

Do you photography LGBTQ+ couples or families?

Heck yes! I full heartedly support LOVE between ALL couples and families.

I am based out of Fontana, California and shoot most frequently in Inland Empire, Orange County, Temecula, Palm Springs, and Big Bear.

Where are you located?

Of course!! I would be happy to travel to you or to a desired location :)

Many of my collections already include travel fees to many local areas in Southern California. Even if we are going a little further, all pricing will be presented upfront (so no hidden fees)!

Do you travel?

Do you offer videography or photo booth services?

At this time I do not offer videography (stay tuned!), however I have worked with many amazing videographers that I can highly recommend :)

I do offer a photo booth add on! Please see the Pricing page for more information.

Sessions will be delivered in 6-8 weeks and Weddings/Elopements will be delivered in 10-12 weeks. Within 1-2 weeks of your session or wedding, you will get edited sneak peeks!

How long will it take to get my photos?

I shoot with a combination of prompts and candids. If needed, I will set you up and then capture the moment as it unfolds. I like to get the shots you’ve dreamed about as well as those in between moments.

What is your photography style?

Do not worry! I am here to help ease the dreaded “but what do I wear!?… that’s it, I’m not going!” Grinch moment. I have created a Pinterest board to help as well as an outfit guide for visual examples of patterns and colors that look great on camera.

Most of all, you want to be comfortable! Maybe not sweatpants, but something that makes you feel confident and the best version of you.

What do I wear for my session??

All photos will be delivered as high resolution jpeg files in an online downloadable gallery. In other words, you will be receiving all digital prints that you will be able to download and share directly from your gallery.

What type of photos will we get?

I do not provide physical prints, however you will easily be able to order any amount of prints through your online gallery. Options for canvas prints, 5x7, framed prints, etc are all available through the gallery. I can also suggest additional high quality sites for prints! Professionaly designed albums are available as an add on for an additional fee.

Do you offer prints or albums?

Nope, all galleries will remain open, so no need to worry! You will be able to download or order prints again and again.

What if I do not download my photos right away? Will we have to pay to reopen the gallery?

I shoot with all Canon gear, two camera bodies for weddings. My Mark IV is my main and my 6d is on my other side. I also have a backup 7d just in case. 99% of the day I use prime lenses (35 + 85) and for the ceremony I will use a zoom lens if needed.

What do you shoot with?

Depending on where your wedding takes place, I will hire a second shooter that I have worked with before and/or who I know delivers amazing work. I want someone I know I trust and you can too!

Who is your second shooter?

How long have you been a photographer?

I have been practicing photography for over10 years.

Yes, you will have personal printing rights to the photos you receive in your gallery. I, as the photographer, retain the copyrights to all images I take (RAW files) and produce (delivered jpegs).

Do we have rights to our photos?

I do not like to put a minimum or a maximum, but I promise to deliver the best of the best! My average amount of photos delivered range from 150-200+ per hour.

How many photos will we get?

Short answer, no. Long answer, I do not deliver RAW files as they are not an accurate depiction of my work. You would not expect to receive an undercooked cookie, you want that thing perfectly baked :)

Can we get the RAW files?

Going along with not viewing or receiving the RAW files, I hand select the best images from your session or wedding day and then I hand edit every single photo you will receive. There will be a mix of artistic and traditional shots included in your gallery.

Do we get to pick which photos we want?
